Meet Rich

He's been there. He gets it.

Rich Lee is a former professional goalkeeper who spent 15 years in the game, playing for Watford and Brentford across the Premier League and Football League. After injuries brought his playing career to an early end at 32, Rich channelled his experience into helping fellow goalkeepers.

As co-founder of RPM, he combines first-hand knowledge of professional football with a passion for changing how goalkeepers are understood, valued and represented — giving players the support, guidance and opportunities to fulfil their potential, on and off the pitch.
